Who we are - principals:

Silke Meszaros, PhD

From 1986 to 1995, Silke completed undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral work at the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich, Germany. She graduated Dr. rer. hum. biol. (Ph. D. in Human Biology).

Five years of work in pharmacies and as a journalist for trade journals concurrent to studies were followed by four years in the pharmaceutical industry as Chief Medical Information Officer and Director of Public Relations for a major pharmaceutical company.

In 1999, Silke began freelance work and founded meszaros PR I Pharma & Recht together with Steve Meszaros in 2004.

Silke Meszaros is specialized in PR, copy, and creative writing. She works as a consultant for the pharmaceutical industry (Rx, OTC, cosmetics, biotech), pharmacies and medical practices as well as specialized health-care agencies in medical-marketing and training programs. She speaks German, English and French fluently.

She also consults and instructs pharmacists and physicians in continuing education.

Silke Meszaros is a member of the German technical journalists association "Deutscher Fachjournalisten-Verband" (DFJV).

Steve Meszaros, MLE

Steve spent his youth in Washington DC, USA, attended school at the German School of Washington (DSW) and Virginia-Tech as a mechanical engineering major.

He studied law at the Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich, Germany, and continued with a Masters in European law with Erasmus- and Sokrates-scholarships.

Following work for the Law Firm of Ritter & Partner in Munich, he worked for the U.S. technology company intes.net from 1999 – 2001.

In 2004, he co-founded the consulting and PR firm meszaros PR I Pharma & Recht.

Steve Meszaros is specialized in European and American law and works as a consultant in the pharmaceutical and technology fields both in Europe and the US specializing in international business development and the associated legal, cultural, and linguistic issues.

H. Peter Ludwig, MA, Dipl. Jur. Univ.

Peter Ludwig is a member of the Munich Bar Association and a German lawyer - Rechtsanwalt - according to the principals and guidelines set forth by German law.

His fields of specialization are:

Contract law (general contracts, company contracts, endowment-, license-, and agency contracts)
Intellectual property (copyright, brand, and patent law)
Press and Advertising issues (competition law, medical advertising law, journalistic law)

Peter has years of experience in:
